It is now the second week in December and I am already planning for the second half of 2010…

As I look back on a year’s worth of *stuff* that has happened, I can recall more things that could have gone the right way, than visa versa. One can only imagine…

To turn back the clock and do it all again, the whole year, imagine the possibilities. The missed opportunities alone could make one a millionaire. What if you had just one shot at making a different decision, saying the opposite of what was said, or doing the exact opposite of what you did? – of course for the betterment of the situation.

I sit here and wonder about two occasions in which I feel could have resulted in so much of a better opportunity to succeed than what actually happened:

  1. My wife’s birthday – I could have done such a better job at making it her special day than I did, and I regret not doing what I wanted to do. I thought that I would not have the dinero to make it happen, when in all actuality it would have been just about the same as what was done anyways…danggit!
My wife is so deserving of the very best, simply because she puts up with ME! That alone is the reason I count my blessings every night that she is still married to me! God love her for it too! I know I do
  2. Starting my Commercial Real Estate Business/Career – I would only take back the time in which I took the leap of faith into the business. I should have started sooner!

Again, it is already the second week in December and looking forward, I am seeing great things happening. Looking backwards, it seems like only yesterday when we celebrated the New Year 2009. Where has the time gone? I can tell you this, make every decision count and live today like it will make or break your very existence. If you do that, just like Dave Ramsey says – you will “Live like no one else, so that later you can live like no one else”. You will reach that Pinnacle that will make the rest of your time here on earth worth every minute, and you can truly be free to do what you want, when you want.

What things do you wish you could have done differently or instead of?
